Mutlu Özer began his career in the accounting and finance sector in the late 1990s. In 2018, while continuing his professional work in finance, he also took the entrepreneurial step of starting his own business, expanding into various industries. In 2025, he officially founded Mutlu Özer Danışmanlık Ticaret Ltd. Şti., marking the transition into a corporate structure.
In collaboration with Industrial Psychologist İlhan Özdemir, the company established a Private Employment Agency officially certified by İŞKUR (the Turkish Employment Agency). Building on their prior experience in different areas of staffing services, they decided to provide these services in a more integrated and formalized manner through their government-approved agency.
Operating under the Mutlu Özer Human Resources brand, the company specializes in workforce solutions. Located in Konya—a major industrial city—Mutlu Özer Human Resources addresses the growing demand for labor by sourcing qualified personnel from various countries across the world, thus contributing to both the local and national workforce.
The company takes a solution-oriented and professional approach by partnering with government-licensed agencies in accordance with sector-specific needs. It also handles work permit applications for incoming international employees, providing its clients with comprehensive, end-to-end services.
Additionally, Mutlu Özer Human Resources offers interview consultancy and manages recruitment processes with its team of experts, ensuring the selection of the most suitable candidates. During these processes, Industrial Psychologist İlhan Özdemir applies scientific methodologies, including validated psychometric assessments, to support data-driven hiring decisions.

Mutlu Özer
General Manager
Mutlu Özer started working in the accounting and finance sector in the late 1990s. Since then, he has been involved in the accounting operations of many companies, has taken part in the financial management of dozens of businesses, and has personally overseen the establishment and closure processes of various companies. He graduated from the Department of Business Administration at Anadolu University in 2013. In 2018, while continuing his work in accounting and finance, he also started his own business. He began providing services in various industries. He has been involved in trade across different sectors and has led major sales operations. Additionally, he has been providing services related to foreign employee work permits for several years.
İlhan Özdemir
HR Coordinator
While completing his undergraduate studies in Psychology, he received training in quality management systems and participated in various programs in the field of industrial and organizational psychology. He completed his Master’s degree in Management and Organization, focusing his thesis on the relationship between employee commitment to their companies and burnout syndrome. He received Transactional Analysis 101 and 202 trainings from Joanna Beazley Richards under the Transactional Analysis Association (TAD). To date, he has provided training and consultancy services to numerous businesses. He is the author of five published books and has written numerous opinion columns. While working as a Human Resources Manager at a consulting firm in Istanbul, he developed expertise in the recruitment of foreign personnel. After leaving that position, he played a significant role in the founding of Mutlu Özer Human Resources.
Aslı Özer
Senior Financial Manager
She is graduated from the Faculty of Business Administration at Selçuk University in 2004. Since 2005, she has been working at the accounting firm of SMMM Mustafa Gündüz, where he has served for nearly twenty years. She has played key roles in the establishment and closure of numerous companies throughout her career. He has a strong command of English.
Mustafa Çukur
Certified Public Accountant
He has worked as a Certified Public Accountant for prominent companies such as İntermak Makine and Çelik Otomotiv. He managed company relations with the Tax Office, Social Security Institution (SGK), and chambers of commerce, while overseeing key financial and accounting processes. He is an expert in tax legislation and Social Security laws.
Semih Tınas
Lawyer / Legal Consultant
He graduated from the Faculty of Law at Selçuk University and is currently pursuing his Master’s degree in Private Law at the same university. Since his second year at university, he has actively worked in various law firms, successfully balancing his academic and professional life. His work primarily focuses on Labor Law, Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law, Commercial Law, and Law of Obligations. With strong proficiency in legal software and digital systems, he effectively manages case tracking and legal process management.
