Industrial Psychologist İlhan Özdemir, who previously carried out this work in Istanbul, established the same structure in Konya, recognizing the significant need within the city’s industrial sector.
Mutlu Özer, who has specialized in obtaining work permits for many years, manages the official procedures and permit processes with his expert team.

We collaborate with solution partners from several countries, primarily Turkmenistan, Pakistan, and India, to legally employ foreign personnel who wish to work in Turkey.

Once the candidates are selected, we obtain work permits through the employing company. The personnel’s work permit remains valid through the company for one year, and this work and residence permit can be renewed annually as long as the employee continues working.

If the employer or the employee decides to terminate the employment for any reason, we are informed immediately. In such cases, we help the employee transition to another company by completing the necessary official procedures to update their work permit accordingly.
This ensures that the employer is not left without a worker on short notice, and the foreign employee does not risk deportation due to the cancellation of their permit.
